The Ultrasonic velocity (U), Density (ρ), and viscosity (η) have been measured for the mixtures of L-arginine in aqueous fructose (10% of fructose) at different concentration and at 303K, 308K and 313K. Thermodynamic parameters such as adiabatic compressibility (β), free length (Lf), acoustic impedance (Z) and relaxation time (τ) have been obtained from the experimental data for the solution. These results are interpreted in terms of molecular interactions between the components of the mixtures.
