This research paper examines the Job satisfaction-related issues in tea Industry in Idukki District, Kerala, India. The primary data collected from 100 different employees in the tea industry. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, Mann Whitney U test, Chi-square test analysis used to measure the stress level of the employees. This Study found that job dissatisfaction may increase a person’s risk for grievance, disagreement, unenthusiastic behavior, Poor devotion, Workplace wound, and other wellbeing problems. Early warning signs may include absenteeism, poor commitment, and involvement, difficulties inattentiveness, low confidence, fear about the profession, employee preservation. Job dissatisfaction is also associated with increased absenteeism and other factors that reduce a company’s productivity and competitiveness.
