The transmission of the virus causing COVID-19 as a pandemic with the highest morbidity and mortality rate across the world. As the large body of literature reveals a high influence rate of infection and transmission of COVID-19 among the health care professionals, researchers, technicians, and other corona warriors. Although they have to be routinely exposed to the unusual conditions at this hour of unprecedented crisis due to COVID-19 transmission. might be more likely to infected by COVID-19 than others. Hence, the management of clinical research laboratories should be incorporated for the prevention and control prospect. The aim and objective of this review were to minimize the risk and transmission of COVID-19 among health care professionals, patients and the general public. Guideline and protocol were design with the help of the World Health Society and Other Health care alliances to incorporate the management and control of nosocomial transmission during the COVID-19 pandemic. Hereby this review explores emerging evidence regarding this subject, trying to address each issue, challenges, and precautions.
