Paraganglioma are tumours arising from neuro endocrine cells , can arise from any part of the body. They present a difficulty in diagnosis in view of its rarity. Hence strong clinical suspicion should be present in diagnosing a case of paraganglioma1. Here we present one such case of abdominal paraganglioma, a cystic variety, a very rare presentation .
